MEMBERSHIP FAQS

Are there any dedicated / permanent desk spaces?

The CoworkCo is designed as a collaborative workspace. We offer ongoing memberships and our members choose where they sit each day. If you're after a dedicated desk space then we may not be the best fit for your needs.

Is there a contract and a minimum membership period?

While we're keen on members that wish to become part of our collaborative community, our minimum membership period is 1 month and our contract terms state that invoices are paid for one month in advance.

There’s more than one of me in my business, can my team join?

Although we are designed as a space for solo biz types we do have several small teams in our community. Please chat to Bec for customised memberships.

Can I hotdesk on random days?

We do not offer hot desking outside of memberships.

How do the meeting rooms work?

Our Sometimes and Anytime memberships include complimentary meeting room allocations and members can book meeting rooms via Acuity Scheduling.

What happens to my membership if I go on holidays?

If you’ve been with us and have paid your membership at the full rate for longer than 12 months we are happy to offer a 50% discount on a month vacation and we’ll keep your spot. Otherwise, you need to pay your monthly membership fees for your time away if you’d like us to keep your spot. If you’d like to take a membership break without paying, you’ll need to hand in your key and be comfortable with the idea that we might not have space for you when you return.
